Terms of Service

Read these Terms and the Official Rules before playing. Hood Rich involves digital assets, public blockchains, variable-value prizes, random events, irreversible wallet transactions, and optional token spending. You may lose tokens spent on gameplay and the market value of any token may change substantially.

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms form an electronic agreement between you and HRG Ventures, an entity organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama ("HRG," "we," "us"), governing Hood Rich, hoodrich.wtf, play.hoodrich.wtf, related software, seasons, and services. By connecting a wallet, creating an account, entering a season, buying or spending $CASH, linking X, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms, the Official Rules, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosures.

2. Eligibility and restricted access

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting.
You may use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for local laws concerning contests, digital assets, taxation, sanctions, and online games.
You may not use the Service from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited or where HRG elects not to offer it. We may apply geofencing, wallet screening, identity or age checks, and other controls.
Employees, contractors, bots, sanctioned persons, and linked wallets may be restricted or excluded as stated in the Official Rules.

3. Accounts, wallets, and security

You may connect an external wallet or use an embedded wallet supplied through a third-party provider. You control wallet credentials and are responsible for device security, passkeys, recovery methods, approvals, gas, and transactions. HRG cannot recover private keys or reverse blockchain transactions. Do not share credentials. Notify us promptly through the support channels below if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Seasons and Official Rules

Each season is governed by its published configuration and the Official Rules. The server-authoritative game state, signed receipts, on-chain checkpoints, published replay artifacts, and final reviewed settlement determine results. Display errors do not override authoritative records. We may reject invalid, stale, abusive, automated, or noncompliant commands.

5. $CASH, RE-UP, prizes, and fees

$CASH is a third-party-transferable digital token used for eligibility, optional gameplay actions, and prizes. It is not equity, debt, a deposit, or a promise of profit by HRG.
Entry may require holding a published minimum balance. Holding requirements do not transfer those tokens to HRG.
RE-UP transfers tokens for optional gameplay use. Spent RE-UP is nonrefundable unless required by law. Unspent RE-UP is returned through settlement under the Official Rules.
Prize amounts vary with the season pool, eligible entrants, spending, disqualifications, token value, and final rank. No prize or market value is guaranteed.
You are responsible for taxes, reporting, wallet fees, bridge costs, swap impact, and third-party charges.

6. Gameplay integrity and prohibited conduct

You may not exploit bugs, submit forged commands, manipulate markets outside intended mechanics, collude, multi-account, evade linked-wallet controls, automate play without written authorization, interfere with infrastructure, harass users, impersonate others, launder funds, or violate law. We may pause accounts, reject actions, remove prize eligibility, blacklist wallets, void affected results, preserve evidence, and cooperate with authorities. Publicly disclosed operator bots are governed by the published bot policy and are not prize eligible where stated.

7. X connection and automatic posts

Snitch requires a verified X connection and separate express consent. Each attempt automatically posts from your X account whether it succeeds or fails. If the target also linked X and consented to gameplay mentions, the post may mention that verified account. Disconnecting X prevents future Snitch use but does not remove existing posts. You may delete your own posts through X. X availability does not determine or reverse the game outcome.

8. Availability and changes

The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, attacks, networks, wallets, RPCs, bridges, payment providers, X, or force majeure. We may patch presentation and safety issues during a season. Material economic or scoring rules are governed by the frozen season manifest and published audit trail. If a season cannot be completed fairly, we may cancel, refund eligible balances, or apply the published outage procedure.

9. Third-party services

Wallets, swaps, bridges, fiat on-ramps, blockchain networks, RPC providers, Cloudflare, thirdweb, LI.FI, X, and other services have separate terms and privacy practices. HRG does not control their availability, pricing, screening, KYC, execution, or custody and is not responsible for their independent acts.

10. Intellectual property and license

HRG and its licensors retain the Service, software, art, trademarks, copy, and game systems. We grant you a personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Service under these Terms. You grant HRG a worldwide license to display usernames and gameplay events as necessary to operate, audit, promote, and secure the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HRG DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND PROFITABILITY. NOTHING IS FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary loss; lost profits; token-price changes; lost keys; failed transactions; third-party services; or data loss. HRG's aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid directly to HRG for the Service during the six months preceding the event. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify HRG and its personnel from claims arising from your unlawful use, breach, wallet activity, tax obligations, content, or infringement of another person's rights, except to the extent caused by HRG's unlawful conduct.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Panama law, without regard to conflict principles. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, Republic of Panama. You retain rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. General

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder survives. Failure to enforce is not waiver. You may not assign these Terms; HRG may assign them with the Service. The Terms, Official Rules, Privacy Policy, and incorporated disclosures are the entire agreement. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where lawful.
