Official Rules

Effective for seasons beginning on or after July 11, 2026

Manifest controls. These rules describe the current format. A season's published manifest, authoritative engine configuration, signed receipts, and announced amendments control if a numeric detail differs.

1. Sponsor and eligibility

Seasons are offered by HRG Ventures, Republic of Panama. Players must be 18+, legally eligible, not restricted by jurisdiction or sanctions, and control an accepted EVM wallet. Entry is free but may require holding at least 10,000 $CASH at registration and published eligibility checkpoints. Falling below the requirement may remove prize eligibility without taking tokens from the wallet.

2. Registration and duration

Registration remains open during the 72-hour season until 500 active seats fill unless the published manifest says otherwise. Late entrants receive the standard starting state and only the time remaining. Duplicate, linked, abusive, team-operated, or bot seats may be excluded. Publicly disclosed operator bots are not eligible for prizes where announced.

3. Starting state and objective

Players currently begin with $2,000 street cash, $5,500 debt, 100 stash capacity, zero heat, no shooters, and three attack charges. Build the highest final score through trading, travel, debt management, washing, PvP, and optional RE-UP actions.

4. Markets, movement, and heat

Six products trade across six borough markets. Accepted player orders move shared prices. Each player may make 60 accepted trades per three-hour market epoch before boosts. Travel has a short cooldown; the first trip and every fifteenth qualifying trip draw a street event. Gross trade volume between movements adds heat when it crosses $20,000, $50,000, and $100,000. Travel events at heat 4 carry a 25% bust chance and at heat 5 a 45% chance; a bust clears product inventory and heat. Lay Low removes two heat, generally once per five minutes.

5. Debt, washing, and shooters

Fat Tony's debt accrues 8% every three-hour epoch until paid. Washing moves street cash into protected wash for a 5% fee, once per epoch. It unlocks at the next epoch boundary and must be pulled before reuse. Shooters cost $3,000, $9,000, then $18,000. Each reduces an attacker's success chance by 12 percentage points and adds a 15% counter chance. A successful counter transfers 10% of the attacker's street cash, capped at $10,000.

6. Stick-ups

Players receive three random eligible marks without a token fee. A stick-up uses one attack charge. Charges regenerate under the current published schedule, bank to the published cap, and attempts are capped per epoch and season. Standard success begins at 55%, modified by shooters and a 15-point revenge bonus. Successful random attacks take a randomized share subject to victim, attacker-asset, and absolute caps. Targeted attacks cost published RE-UP, may cross boroughs, and use reduced loot bands. Protection, comparable-wealth, minimum-cash, pair-cooldown, heat, linked-wallet, and eligibility rules apply.

7. Snitch

Snitch costs 3,000 RE-UP $CASH, requires a verified X connection with automatic-post consent, and targets a named player with at least three heat. Bust odds are 15% at heat 3, 35% at heat 4, and 60% at heat 5. Success clears the target's product stash and heat. Failure lowers target heat by one. The fee is spent either way. One attempt is allowed per three-hour epoch and the same pair has a six-hour cooldown. Each attempt automatically posts from the snitch's linked X account; a linked target may be mentioned.

8. RE-UP

RE-UP is deposited $CASH used only for optional season actions. Gameplay sinks currently allocate 70% to the prize pool, 20% to treasury, and 10% to burn; Back the Pot allocates 85%, 10%, and 5%. Prices and caps appear before confirmation. Unspent RE-UP is returned through settlement. Spent RE-UP remains spent even when a probabilistic action fails.

9. Ranking and prizes

Final score is street cash plus available and pending washed cash plus inventory valued at the published reference market, minus debt, subject to the authoritative scoring code. The eligible top 100 share the pool under the published payout table; rank 1 receives the largest allocation. Ties use the published deterministic tiebreakers. Token value is not guaranteed.

10. Review, challenges, and claims

Results enter a one-hour review before claims open. Signed commands, event hashes, on-chain checkpoints, revealed entropy, public replay, and the payout root support verification. Challenges must follow the published procedure. Prize claims remain open for 30 days; unclaimed prizes may roll into a future pool. Late RE-UP refunds remain claimable indefinitely under the settlement procedure.

11. Enforcement, outages, and decisions

HRG may disqualify fraud, collusion, Sybil activity, automation, exploits, manipulation, sanctions violations, or conduct that harms integrity. Genuine outages are handled under the published operational policy and may result in continuation, cancellation, or refunds. HRG decisions are final subject to challenge procedures and mandatory law.
