Token and market risk

$CASH may be volatile, illiquid, manipulated, delisted, bridged incorrectly, or lose all value. Quotes, pool depth, slippage and gas change. Holding 10,000 tokens for eligibility exposes you to market risk even though entry is free.

Gameplay and prize risk

Skill, other players, shared markets, deterministic randomness, outages, disqualification, eligibility checks, debt, robbery, busts, and token value affect outcomes. Optional spending does not guarantee an advantage, rank, repayment, or prize. A larger nominal token prize can be worth less at claim time.

Wallet, smart-contract, and chain risk

Transactions are generally irreversible. Private-key loss, malicious approvals, compromised devices, contract defects, chain reorganizations, RPC failures, congestion, forks, or governance actions may cause loss or delay. Verify the official contract address and transaction details.

Centralized service and verification risk

The game server is centralized and can fail, refuse commands, or become unavailable. Signed receipts, commitments, checkpoints and replay make published outcomes auditable; they do not guarantee uptime or force the server to accept an action.

Third-party risk

Embedded wallets, X, fiat providers, bridges, DEXs, RPCs and hosting providers can impose KYC, limits, fees, outages, restrictions or separate terms. HRG does not control them.

Legal and tax risk

Digital-asset, contest, gaming, sanctions, consumer and tax treatment differs by location and can change. A Panama entity does not make the Service lawful everywhere. You are responsible for eligibility and taxes. Obtain independent advice.

Social and privacy risk

Usernames, wallets, gameplay, leaderboards and blockchain data may be public. Snitch automatically posts from connected X accounts after explicit consent and can mention linked targets. Public posts and blockchain records may persist after account disconnection.
